Reiss Bliss: CEO, Founder and Sportsperson
Reiss Bliss's journey from a young skateboarder exploring the volcanic landscapes of Fuerteventura to a leading figure in the extreme sports sector exemplifies the spirit of adventure and community that TBBC upholds. His early engagement with surfing and skateboarding not only ignited a love for extreme sports but also cultivated an appreciation for the communities they create. As CEO & Founder, Reiss utilises over two decades of experience in adventure sports and community activism to guide TBBC's strategic initiatives, ensuring they are impactful, inclusive, and sustainable. His leadership style is characterised by collaboration, fostering innovation, and creating an environment where every team member and participant feels valued and heard.
Ryanh Muna: Trustee (Chairperson) / Sportsperson
With over ten years of experience in Muay Thai fighting and coaching, Ryanh Muna brings discipline, strategic insight, and a competitive spirit to his role as Chairperson at TBBC. His martial arts background shapes his approach to governance, helping to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and promote effective communication. Ryanh's dedication goes beyond the ring, using his resilience and attention to detail to support TBBC's vision and operational integrity.
Ruma Ware: Trustee (Treasurer)

Starting from the energetic backdrop of Chicago, Ruma has travelled the world, each destination enriching her appreciation for diverse cultures and fuelling her commitment to social change. Luke Keen: Trustee (Executive Assistant) / Sportsperson

Having played at renowned venues like Camp Nou and for London county, Luke's journey in sports is marked by resilience and dedication. His extensive experience in football, including semi-pro seasons with Chessington and Hook, equips him with a deep understanding of teamwork and perseverance. As an Executive Assistant, Luke’s commitment to TBBC’s mission is evident in his efforts to support the organisation’s initiatives, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with our vision.
