Terms and Conditions for Uploaded Video and Photo Content

1. Acceptance of Terms By submitting video and photo content to TBBC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and certify that you have the right and authority to grant the permissions outlined herein.

2. Content Ownership and Rights

• You retain ownership of the video and photo content you submit. However, by submitting your content, you grant TBBC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of this content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels, for the purposes of promoting TBBC’s mission, programs, and campaigns.

• You affirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from individuals appearing in your content for its use as described herein.

3. Content Standards

• You agree not to submit content that is copyrighted, infringes on any third party’s rights, or is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• TBBC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or remove any content that does not comply with these standards or for any other reason deemed appropriate by TBBC.
